目前已有荧光素异硫氰酸荧光素(fluorescein isothiocyhaiate，FITC)、辣根过氧化物酶和生物素标记凝集素的组织化学染色。近期，金畔生物公司推出了Cyhaiine染料标记的凝集素新品Cyhaiine Dye Conjugated Lectin。与传统的荧光染料基团相比，Cyhaiine染料具有更强的荧光，且荧光不宜猝灭。这类Cyhaiine标记凝集素产品的问世，为广大的凝集素用户提供了更广泛的选择范围。

Cy3共轭物可使用带有罗丹明（TRITC）过滤器的荧光显微镜进行观察。但Cy5共轭物通常使用配备有远红外光谱成像的共聚焦显微镜来进行观察。

这些Cyhaiine标记的凝集素旨在用于鉴定细胞和组织切片上的糖蛋白表达。此类产品可广泛应用于免疫荧光和流式细胞实验中。

番茄凝集素(Lycopersicon Esculentum (Tomato) Lectin , LEL/TL) 

番茄凝集素(Lycopersicon Esculentum (Tomato) Lectin , LEL/TL)是由单*亚基组成的非常稳定的糖蛋白，含有50%阿拉伯糖和半乳糖，溶液状态下易形成多聚体蛋白。虽然番茄凝集素(Lycopersicon Esculentum (Tomato) Lectin , LEL/TL)与PL、DSL、WGA具有部分相同的特异性，但是在很多方面番茄凝集素(Lycopersicon Esculentum (Tomato) Lectin , LEL/TL)显示出其特之处。如番茄凝集素(Lycopersicon Esculentum (Tomato) Lectin , LEL/TL)可很好地与血型糖蛋白塔姆-霍斯福尔糖蛋白结合，此外也可用来标记啮齿动物血管内皮细胞。

Description:

Texas red labeled Dextrans are one of Nanocs fluorescent dextran conjugates with far red fluorescence. Dextrans labeled with Texas red dye have excitation/emission wavelength at 594 nm/616 nm. Nanocs provides a variety of chemically functionalized and bioconjugated dextran products with molecular weight ranged from 3,000 Da to 2,000 KDa. These functional dextrans were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.

Dextrans are naturally synthesized polysaccharides with good water solubility, low toxicity and varied molecular weights. Dextrans modified with dyes and other biomolecules have been successfully used as long-term tracers for live cells. Nanocs also provides customerized dextran products for your special needs.
