使用卫生法兰，处理量高达50升，符合GMP标准
该滤器严格按GMP标准设计，进液口和出液口均采用卫生法兰接口，清洗和在线安装都极为方便。当无菌灌装时，可以拆掉支架腿，将滤器固定在铁架台上，以方便调节高度。在需要过滤更大料液时，可选用293mm过滤器。
其使用方便性还体现在固定夹设计上，只需用手旋紧夹子就可以保证系统的密封。同时，滤器还配有背压筛网，滤膜夹在背压筛网和支撑筛网之间，表面平滑的筛网保证即使在不使用预过滤膜的情况下进行高压灭菌，也不会损伤滤膜。

推荐配置：

滤器可以直接在线安装或连接叶轮泵。实验室常用的连接方式为：压力源+PTFE耐压软管(16999)+压力罐(17532等)+PTFE耐压软管(16999)+过滤器(需配一个G3/8阳螺纹进液口，17019)。

无论采用哪种连接方式，都需要配卫生法兰卡箍(17033)。

滤器为卫生法兰接口，使用时，也可以根据管路连接的需要加装其它形式的接口，如：19mm软管接口(17017)、25mm软管接口(17016)，当出液口加装手动阀门(16656)时，需配螺纹接口(17150)。

RD重组人FGF蛋白是FGF分子超家族的18-34kDa肝素结合成员。超家族成员的特征是存在中心放置的β-三叶草结构。FGFacidic（FGF-1）和FGF碱性（FGF2）是前两个确定的FGF，酸性和碱性的名称是指它们的相对等电点。人碱性FGF的长度为288个氨基酸（aa）。有多个起始位点，其中4个使用非典型CUG密码子，1个在AUG起始位点。四个CUG起始位点产生高分子量（HMW）碱性FGF。有34kDa、288aa形式、24kDa、210aa形式、22.5kDa、201aa形式和22kDa、196aa形式。所有细胞都保留在细胞内，经历广泛的甲基化，并具有一个或多个核定位信号（NLS）。AUG起始形式为18kDa和155aa长度。没有信号序列（ss）。然而，它通过一种似乎依赖于三级结构的机制直接通过质膜分泌。据称，在146aa成熟节段之前有一个9aa的N端前节节代替ss。早期分离18kDa的牛碱性FGF产生146个aa分子，这一效应归因于酸性蛋白酶的存在。该分子含有一个肝素结合位点（aa残基128-144），并在Ser117位点发生磷酸化。还有一个定义不明确的C端NLS，它可能比结构更“功能性”（或3维）。人146aa碱性FGF与小鼠碱性FGF的97%aa相同。

实验数据：

GMP 级重组人碱性 FGF/FGF2可刺激 NR6R-3T3 小鼠成纤维细胞系的增殖。急诊科50这种效果为0.1-0.6 ng/mL。

在还原（R）条件下用 SDS-PAGE分离1μg/泳道的重组人GMP 级 FGF 碱性/FGF2，并通过银染观察，显示 16 kDa 的单条带。
