产品介绍：中科百抗特级胎牛血清来源于无菌采集的健康胎牛血清，适用于各种难培养肿瘤细胞、难培养原代细胞、部分干细胞（不包括难贴壁细胞），验证的细胞典型代表有：A2780、SK-Hep-1；HUVEC、神经元细胞；hUC-MSC、SSCs。Bestop™胎牛血清在GMP 净化车间全自动灌装生产，经过三级0.1μm过滤，在严格质量控制体系下，经过病毒、支原体、内毒素等多项测试，无细菌、真菌、病毒、支原体及黑胶虫等污染，内毒素含量≤ 10EU/ml，血红蛋白含量≤ 200mg/L，批量大、批间差小，具有高质量和高稳定性。

产品信息：

产品特点：

● 健康牛源可追溯，血源可靠且稳定；
● GMP净化车间全自动灌装生产，全程封闭循环加工， 批量大、批间差小；
● 3次0.1 μm过滤除菌，无需再过滤；
● 严格质控管理体系；

● 经过多种细胞的验证，促细胞生长能力强，适合培养各种难培养肿瘤细胞、难培养原代细胞、部分干细胞（不包括难贴壁细胞）.

使用方法：

(1)血清从低温冰箱取出后，于 2-8℃冰箱放置 12-24h， 使之部分融解，而后置于室温下使之全部融解。在融解过程中需及时规则地轻柔混匀。血清在溶解过程中可能会析出絮状物，这些成分主要是血清中的纤维蛋白，是正常现象，对后续的培养无害，不需去除。

(2)基础培养基中胎牛血清的使用浓度一般为5-20%，请根据具体细胞种类及实验要求按需添加。

(3)血清分装建议在无菌环境下进行。

注意事项：

(1)本产品避免反复冻融。

(2)本产品若放于2℃~8℃冷藏条件下，保存时间建议不超过1个月。

(3)本产品未经热灭活，需根据实验需要判断是否进行热灭活。热灭活时请将血清置于56℃水浴30分钟。需要注意，在热灭活过程中，会导致血清中某些成分被破坏。

(4)本产品在使用过程中请穿实验服，佩戴一次性手套，并注意无菌操作，防止细菌污染。

Characterized FBS is assayed for gamma globulin, alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, pH, total protein, albumin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, total bilirubin, sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride, inorganic phosphorus, osmolality, iron, total iron binding capacity (TIBC), percent iron saturation, glucose, and IgG. Included assays are subject to change without notice.


Additional treatments available including heat-inactivation and irradiation. Additional testing, including EMEA-conforming testing, is also available.
