Description：Porcine Artery Endothelial Cells(猪动脉内皮细胞)are derived from healthly porcinine artery. Porcine Artery Endothelial Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 0.5 hour and incubated in AcceGen’s Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 1×10^6 cells per ml and are delivered frozen.

Porcine Artery Endothelial Cells can be used in assays of cell to cell adhesion, migration, vascular tube formation, or transendothelial resistance (TER). Standard biochemical procedures performed with endothelial cell cultures include RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescent staining or immunofluorescent flow cytometry or generating cell derivatives for desired research applications.；

鲁哥氏染色液(Lugol’s碘液,5%,无菌)
简介：
鲁哥氏碘液也称Lugol’s碘液或鲁哥氏溶液或鲁哥试剂，是 Lugol在1829年发明，并以其姓名命名。正常阴道组织由于其高糖原质含量而被染成棕褐色，癌变的细胞则不会被染上颜色，与周围组织相比显现浅色；氧化性杀菌剂等。Lugol’s碘液(5%)适合于作为媒染剂与结晶紫、沙黄等联合使用，对革兰氏细菌进行染色，其碘的含量为5%。Lugol’s碘液(5%)经无菌处理，特别适合作为媒染剂对子宫颈进行涂抹染色，进而判断宫颈癌的可能。本试剂仅用于科研用途，不可用于临床诊断或其他用途。
组成：

操作步骤(仅供参考)：
1、 根据实验具体要求操作或参考如下步骤。
2、 使用盐水棉球或干棉签轻轻插拭子宫颈，注意不应太用力，避免子宫颈上皮破损。 3、 使用浸泡的棉球涂抹子宫颈，棉球应足够大，全部覆盖子宫颈。一分钟后，用普通光源
照明，直接观察子宫颈上皮对Lugol’s碘液的反应。
4、 根据未着色的程度、表面形态、边界状况、大小、与鳞柱交界的距离等，做出初步诊断。
正常子宫颈上皮在涂碘后为赤褐色或黑色，未着色区或仅部分碘染为可疑病变区。CIN 病变或浸润癌区域呈现厚重的芥末黄或桔黄色白斑。
注意事项：
1、 Leagene Lugol’s碘液(5%，无菌)经无菌处理，注意避免污染。 2、 本试剂仅用于科研用途，不可用于临床诊断。
