PE labeled silica beads have excitation and emission maxima at ~496,565/667. The SF™ 647 conjugates of R-PE have emission spectra almost identical to those of Cy5-R-PE or Alexa fluor 647-R-PE conjugates but tend to have more intesne long-wavelength emission and to require less compensation in the R-PE channel. These beads can be used with a single wavelength at 488 nm. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.
