Agarose beads, PEG coated

Description:

PEG coated agarose beads from Nanocs were made by covalently attaching polyethylene glycol (PEG) polymers to agarose bead surface. These agarose have uniform size in the range of 50~150 microns. These PEG functionalized agarose beads have low non-specific absorption of proteins on their surface. PEG ligands on the bead surface can also interact with anti-PEG antibodies. Thus these PEG agarose beads can be used to capture and purify PEG antibodies.

• PEG ligand density: 25~40 umol PEG/mL gel;

• Composition: 50/50 suspension in aqueous solution, 20% alcohol;
