使用两性甜菜碱聚合物胶束(DSPE-PCB)来模拟衣壳病毒的表面特征(图1a),并封装模型蛋白。聚羧酸甜莱碱(PCB)通过质子辅助氨基酸转运蛋白1(PAT1)穿透上皮细胞层(图1b)。PAT1可以促进甜菜碱和甜菜碱衍生物渗透到上皮细胞层。
